Returns & Custom Orders

Because custom products are made specifically for you, custom orders cannot generally be returned simply because you changed your mind after production begins.

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing issue, contact us with photographs of the package and product as soon as possible.

For standard products, our return policy depends on the product category and condition.
